Welcome to Big Balloons. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies help ensure a smooth experience for all customers.

Orders

All balloon decor and delivery orders must be placed through our website, by phone, or by email confirmation. Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been received or a deposit has been made.

We recommend placing orders at least one week in advance to guarantee availability. Last minute orders may be accommodated depending on inventory and scheduling.

Pricing

All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Delivery, setup, and special customization may incur additional charges depending on location and design complexity.

Final pricing will always be confirmed before the order is completed.

Payment

Payment is required to secure your order unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods may include online checkout, invoices, or other approved payment methods.

Orders are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed.

Delivery and Setup

Big Balloons provides professional delivery and installation services throughout Addison, Illinois and the surrounding Chicago western suburbs.

Delivery windows may vary depending on traffic, weather, and event schedules. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.

If access to the delivery location is delayed or restricted, additional waiting or return delivery fees may apply.

Balloon Care and Environment

Balloons are delicate and can be affected by heat, cold, wind, and sharp surfaces.

Big Balloons is not responsible for balloons that pop, deflate, or become damaged due to environmental conditions, improper handling, or circumstances outside of our control once the installation or delivery has been completed.

Outdoor installations are especially subject to weather conditions and longevity cannot be guaranteed.

Outdoor Installations and Weather

Outdoor balloon installations are subject to weather conditions including wind, rain, extreme heat, and cold temperatures. These conditions can significantly affect the appearance and lifespan of balloons.

While Big Balloons uses professional techniques and high quality materials, we cannot guarantee the longevity of balloons installed outdoors.

If severe weather is expected, we may recommend moving the installation indoors or adjusting the design. Once balloons have been delivered or installed, Big Balloons is not responsible for damage caused by weather or environmental conditions.

Customers assume responsibility for outdoor installations and understand that balloons may deflate, move, or pop due to wind, sunlight, or temperature changes.

Cancellations and Refunds

Because balloon decor is custom prepared for each order, all sales are final and refunds are not provided once an order is confirmed.

Orders canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery or installation may be eligible for store credit toward a future order.

Orders canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service are not eligible for refunds or credits.

If Big Balloons must cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund or credit will be issued.

Damage to Equipment or Property

Customers are responsible for any damage caused to rental items, frames, or decor equipment during the event. Replacement or repair costs may be charged if items are returned damaged or missing.

Photography

Big Balloons may photograph installations and decor for use in marketing, social media, and portfolio displays unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.

​

Liability

Big Balloons is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the misuse or improper handling of balloons after delivery or installation.
