1. What services do you offer?

We specialize in custom balloon installs (arches, garlands, columns), helium balloon bouquets, jumbo balloons, number stacks, and backdrop rentals for events big and small.

2. Do you deliver?

Yes! We offer balloon delivery throughout the Chicagoland suburbs. Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size.

3. How far in advance should I book?

For custom installs, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance. For helium bouquets and smaller orders, 48–72 hours notice is ideal, but we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

4. How much do your balloon garlands cost?

Garlands start at $20–$25 per foot, depending on fullness and if you add extras like mylar, chrome, or jumbo balloons. Install and delivery fees are additional.

5. Can I choose my colors?

Absolutely! You can pick your colors from our color chart. Just note that chrome and specialty colors may cost a bit more.

6. How do I order?

You can shop our helium bundles and balloon bouquets online or request a quote for custom decor and installations. Need help deciding? Just reach out—we’re happy to guide you!

7. Do you offer pickup?

Yes, select items are available for local pickup in Addison, IL. Pickup times will be coordinated once your order is confirmed.

8. What’s your cancellation policy?

All payments are non-refundable. If a deposit has been made, it will not be refunded, as your balloons and event materials have already been reserved and prepared. However, we are happy to apply the deposit amount as a credit toward a future event within 12 months of the original event date.

9. Do you set up at venues?

Yes! We install at homes, event venues, corporate spaces, and more. Just let us know the setup address and any access details when you book.

10. How long do the balloons last?

Indoor balloon installs can last several days. Helium balloons typically float for 3-7 days, depending on size and environment. We use high-quality materials to help extend the life of your decor.
