How do I place an order?

Select balloon designs are available to order online for delivery through our Shop Balloons section. Choose your design, delivery date, and checkout in just a few clicks.

For custom balloon decor and larger installations, click Request a Quote and share your event date, location, color palette, and the type of setup you’re looking for. We’ll send a personalized estimate and confirm your booking once approved.

We are based in Addison, IL and specialize in delivering custom balloon decor to the Western Suburbs, including Elmhurst, Oak Brook, Lombard, Naperville, Downers Grove, Wheaton, and Glen Ellyn. If you are located in the surrounding Chicagoland area, feel free to inquire about availability for your location.

What types of events do you service in the suburbs?

We provide balloon decor for every occasion across the Western Suburbs, from corporate grand openings in Oak Brookand school graduations in Elmhurst to backyard birthday parties and baby showers in Naperville.

 

Is there a minimum order for balloon delivery in the Western Suburbs?"?

Yes, our minimum order for professional balloon delivery and installation starts at just $85, making us a great choice for both intimate home celebrations and large-scale corporate events.

Do you offer pickup?

Delivery is required for most orders to ensure proper handling and setup. Pickup may be available for select smaller helium balloon orders. Please inquire before requesting a quote.

 

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier, the better. Availability is limited and bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Peak dates and weekends tend to fill quickly.

 

Do you offer same-day or last-minute orders?

Same-day or last-minute orders may be possible depending on availability. Please call or text us directly at 630-379-4638 for time-sensitive requests.

 

When will I receive my quote?

Most quotes are sent within 24 hours. Larger or more detailed installations may require additional time to finalize details.

 

Is my date reserved when I submit a quote?

No. Your date is secured only after your quote is approved and payment or deposit is received.

 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. You may pay in full or reserve your date with a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to delivery and setup.

 

When will you arrive to set up my balloons?

Delivery and setup are scheduled around your event start time. Most installations are completed one to three hours prior to your event, depending on size and complexity.

 

When do you remove the balloons?

For rentals such as backdrops, frames, and stands, we return after your event to remove all rented items. For decor without rentals, teardown is not included and balloons may be disposed of after the event.

 

What is included in delivery?

  • Professional delivery and installation

How much do you charge for delivery and installation?

Large custom installations require delivery and professional installation equal to 15–30% of the order subtotal, depending on size, complexity, and distance.

Balloon delivery only (without installation) is charged at $5 per mile one way from Addison, Illinois, with a $20 minimum.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards. Payment links are provided with invoices.

 

How long will my balloons last?

Most air-filled balloons can last several weeks indoors under ideal conditions. Outdoor conditions such as heat, sunlight, wind, and humidity affect longevity. Outdoor balloons are intended to last for the duration of the event only.

 

Do helium balloons float in the rain?

Rain can temporarily cause helium balloons to sink or droop due to added weight. Once dry, they typically float again, but this should be considered when planning outdoor events.

 

Are your balloons safe for children?

Balloons can pose a choking hazard. Children should always be supervised, and broken balloon pieces should be discarded immediately.

 

Can you match my event colors?

Yes. We carry a wide range of balloon colors and can closely match most themes. Inspiration photos may be uploaded during the quote process.

 

What if the weather is bad?

For outdoor events, we strongly recommend having a backup plan. Extreme heat, wind, or rain can impact balloon safety and appearance. We’re happy to discuss adjustments if weather becomes a concern.​
