We deliver throughout the Chicagoland suburbs from our base in Addison, Illinois. If you’re unsure whether we service your location, feel free to ask before placing your order or submitting a quote request.

DO YOU OFFER PICKUP?
Delivery is included for online orders and required for large-scale balloon decor. Pickup may be available for select smaller helium balloon orders. Please inquire before ordering.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
The earlier, the better. Availability is limited and events are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, especially during peak seasons.

WHEN WILL YOU ARRIVE TO SET UP MY BALLOONS?
Delivery and setup are scheduled based on your event start time. Most installations are completed one to three hours prior to your event, depending on size and complexity.

WHEN DO YOU REMOVE THE BALLOONS?
For rentals such as backdrops, frames, and stands, we return after your event to remove all rented items. For decor without rentals, teardown is not included and balloons may be disposed of after the event.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes. You may pay in full or reserve your date with a 50 percent non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due two weeks before delivery and setup.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION?
Large custom installations require delivery and professional installation equal to 20 to 30 percent of the order subtotal. The exact percentage depends on size, complexity, and distance. Balloon delivery only, without installation, is charged at five dollars per mile one way from Addison, Illinois, with a minimum fee of twenty dollars.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept credit cards, debit cards. Payment links are provided with invoices or during online checkout.
HOW LONG WILL MY BALLOONS LAST?
Most air-filled balloons can last weeks indoors under ideal conditions. Outdoor environments, including areas with open doors or windows, are affected by heat, humidity, sunlight, and wind. Outdoor balloons are intended to last for the duration of your event only, and longevity cannot be guaranteed.
DO HELIUM BALLOONS FLOAT IN THE RAIN?
Rain can temporarily cause helium balloons to sink or droop due to added weight. Once dry, they typically float again, but this should be considered when planning outdoor events.
ARE YOUR BALLOONS SAFE FOR CHILDREN?
Balloons can pose a choking hazard. Children should always be supervised, and broken balloon pieces should be discarded immediately.
CAN YOU MATCH MY EVENT COLORS?
Yes. We carry a wide range of balloon colors and can closely match most themes. You may upload inspiration photos or select colors from our chart when ordering or requesting a quote.
WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
For outdoor events, we strongly recommend having a backup plan. Extreme heat, rain, or wind can impact balloon safety and appearance. We’re happy to discuss adjustments if weather becomes a concern.
