Due to the custom and perishable nature of balloons, all sales are final. No refunds will be given.

All orders placed with Big Balloons are final.

Because our balloon designs are custom prepared and materials are purchased specifically for each event, we do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed.

Orders canceled 2 weeks or more before the scheduled delivery or installation may receive a store credit that can be used toward a future order. No money will be refunded.
