Return Information​

Because balloons are custom-made and perishable items, all sales are final once an order has been prepared, picked up, or delivered. We do not accept returns or exchanges on balloon products.

Float time, balloon longevity, and appearance can vary based on environment, handling, temperature, and placement. For this reason, we cannot guarantee how long balloons will last after delivery.

Orders canceled with less than 3 weeks notice are not eligible for a refund. However, the amount paid will be held as a credit toward a future event.

Deposits and payments for custom balloon décor, installations, or personalized items are non-refundable.
