Refund Policy
Due to the custom and perishable nature of balloons, all sales are final. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Because our balloon designs are custom prepared and materials are purchased specifically for each event, we do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed.
Store Credit for Cancellations
Orders canceled 2 weeks (14 days) or more before the scheduled delivery or installation date may receive a store credit that can be used toward a future or rescheduled event. Cancellations made within 2 weeks (14 days) of the scheduled date are not eligible for store credit, as materials and labor will have already been committed to your order.
Store credits have no expiration date and may be transferred to another event date.
