Delivery Policy

• Online Order Delivery Days: Monday–Friday during selected time slots.

• Custom Install Delivery Days: 7 days a week according to your event time.

• Delivery Zone: Online ordering is available within 8 miles of Addison, IL 60101. This includes Addison, Elmhurst, Villa Park, Lombard, Glendale Heights, Bensenville, Wood Dale, Oak Brook, Itasca, and nearby towns.

• If you’re outside this area please use the Request a Quote form for a custom delivery.

 

Note: Someone must be present at the time of delivery. Balloons will not be left unattended.

 

Included Setup

All local deliveries include unbagging and setup in your desired location at no additional cost. We’ll make sure your balloons are positioned perfectly before we leave.

Outdoor Installations

Outdoor balloons are affected by weather and are not guaranteed to last. We are not responsible for balloons that pop, deflate, or fade due to:

• Heat or cold

• Wind, rain, or sun exposure

• Sharp objects or rough surfaces

Reschedules & Cancellations

• Orders may be rescheduled if balloons have not yet been inflated or prepared.

• All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your event, your payment may be credited toward a future order at our discretion.

 

Product & Service Disclaimer

• We use only high-quality balloons, but due to their fragile nature, occasional deflation or popping may occur.

• We are not responsible for damages after delivery or installation is completed.
