Product & Service Disclaimer
Big Balloons cannot guarantee the lifespan of balloons after delivery, pickup, or installation. All balloon sales are final. Balloons are inherently temporary and can be affected by factors beyond our control such as heat, wind, rain, sunlight, and rough handling. While we use only high-quality materials, some balloons may deflate or pop unexpectedly. We reserve the right to make adjustments as needed to ensure the best outcome for your event.
Deposits & Final Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable. Final payment is due one week prior to your scheduled installation. Failure to make the final payment will result in cancellation of your order and forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellation Policy
All payments made are non-refundable. If your event is canceled, a credit will be issued and may be applied toward a future order.
